  Sears Maryville people are nice and good people. They try to help you when they can. Sears service center is another story they don't care. Think that you don't have anything better to do then wait on them. Been trying to get my washer fixed that's under warranty for past 3 weeks. On thing after another with them. Now waiting on parts.when I call them I get treated like a p.o s. I have had it with Sears service don't know if I will shop with Sears again if this is how they treat customer. You would think with there money problems they would try to keep customers happy. No wonder they are closing stores and looseing money. Update Sears home care cancelled my appointment changed it to a week out. I call Maryville store they bent over backwards to help me. Service man was able to get here and worked over time to get it done. Thanks Sears Maryville!! Nice to know that you still care about customer satisfaction and understanding there needs.
